An elderly couple have been taken to hospital in Cornwall suffering what appears to be the effects of inhaling a noxious substance.
Emergency services were called to an address in Buryas Bridge near Penzance at about 0750 BST after concerns were raised by the couple's care worker.
The man and a woman, who are both in their 80s, were taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.
Police investigations are being carried out into the incident.
The couple are said to be in a stable condition.
