Police in the Bude area are seeking a 25-year-old man who has breached the terms of his release licence. Police intend to arrest and return him to prison once he has been located. Freeman is described as black, 5’10”,proportionate build, very short cropped hair, brown eyes, .
He has links to North Cornwall and Plymouth areas. Police are appealing for anyone who has had recent contact with him to come forward and assist by calling Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
