A 39-year-old accused of stabbing a Penzance man to death has appeared before Truro Crown Court.
Stuart Andrew Graham, of Penare Road, Penzance, Cornwall, has been charged with murdering 45-year-old Peter Walsh.
Mr Walsh died from his injuries following a stabbing incident in the town on 28 November.
Judge Christopher Elwen remanded Mr Graham in custody. The trial has been provisionally set for April or May next year.
No plea was entered.
