Its a Harvest festival and yes, its Terry Tonkin. The girl holding the Harvest loaf is called Victoria (can t remember her second name though)

Yes it's a Harvest Festival not an assembly....one thing Mr Cock never needed was a microphone!!! Vicky Hazel is correct (pig tail) I believe the young gent holding the loaf bottom opposite of her is Tony Varker
