Remember the driver at the top of Causewayhead? The one with the mate who was diabetic and so therefore he was allowed to park on the pavement? well here he is again at the end of Battery Road.... sorry Battery pavement! I guess his mate must have a real bladder problem

I suppose he thought that he had been caught before, so now he had nothing to Loos. I reported and complained to the local authority about illegal parking on the disabled car park at Wherrytown ... no reply, it still continues... No one in high places gives a damn.
