This truck (3 tonne at a guess) used the pavement all morning. The pavement was never designed to take such weight. Soon a pedestrian will trip on the cracked pavement and sue for damages..... who's to blame here?

Not only that but our repair work costs, and is passed on to the tax-payer ... we are paying so that others can break the law and be a social parasite but hopefully this exposure will create a whole new breed of pariah.
