Obviously a strong outlet in Cornwall; not in my immediate lists, but I will check further; as far as site is concerned, there are a handful of properties in Market Jew Street that could fill the bill , with the length and the obvious curve, with windows facing (it appears) towards the west. I have a number of directories and I can check the 1908 OS. Note the massive staircase at the rear.
Possibly connected with the (Mr Clement) Chudleighs of The Weeths of Alverton - his wife apparently gave concerts at the pianoforte. I rather think that a harmonium would cost rather more than £6 0s 0d nowadays; It would appear that the Chudleigh family were from The Isles of Scilly. By 1914, they appear to have vanished, except for a lady living in St James Street.
