Vantastic Parking!!

I remember in my youth, being more aggressive than I am now, I challenged the driver (no parker) of the vehicle. he refused to do anything, so I opened the back door clambered through the van and out of the passenger s door; exercising my right of access over my right of way (the pavement); he was not happy, but when I pressed him to approach a policeman, he was rather reticent.
