Nice picture. Marchants have gone completely now. the last shop closed down about two years ago I think. Kodak is still going and I can t work out what the other shops are. This does look more like 90 s rather than 80 s but I might be wrong.
I think you could be right about the age as Marchants took over the Ladybird premises when Dick and Rita Hobbs gave it up, this was sometime during the 80 s. One of Marchants sons (not saying which one) now works in Morrisons.
