Decameron The Anthology.

Parabola Road, formed in 1968 one of the best folk/rock bands to come out of the 70's. This can still be ordered from any good music shop.
Oh yes, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, Yes, Barclay James Harvest, early Genesis, Hawkwind ::6: Mountain, Man, Fleetwood Mac ... Jethro Tull ...

I really don t think half the present listening public know they are born. I was encouraged to get downloading ... what? the files are something akin to a stomach complaint. It sounds as if they have a double hernia and have muttering adenoids, let alone the total inablity to engage two words together. I have a Decameron live concert, as well, I don t know if it was released.

I ll do a swap, as you saw, we used to do some of their songs, met Johnny Coppin at Gulval Meadhouse and had the stamp of approval on doing one of his songs, as you saw by my list I love a lot of the original stuff. Our band was brought up on doing covers and they were always well accepted.

I thought they were formed in 1969. Could be wrong, but I went to their 35th anniversary reunion gig in Cheltenham town hall and I m pretty confident that was in 2004.

I have the mini booklet in front of me, they were formed by Johnny Coppin and David Bell in 1968, the double cd above has a date of 2004. I envy you seeing them then. In the 70 s they were awsome, and I had the privalige of meeting them all several times, also performing in front of Johnny Coppin doing one of his songs.

You must be right.
Perhaps the anniversary date might have related to the name being adopted when Al and/or Geoff joined or some such. (I know Dik did not join for some time later)
