Lariggan Brook Outfall - 11

As I expected, the beach has found its own level, completely blocking the outfall.
Guess what? Lariggan Brook is blocked, and flooding is imminent.
This is a job for Bicycle Repair Man, clearly the previous bunch had not the slightest inkling of water management, shingle transmigration or shore defence work. This incompetence will cost the taxpayer dearly; when I began work in architecture and engineering, the professional did his job for a sensible fee, and delivered, he managed the workforce and got the job done properly, making sure that the quality of work was at least average, but mostly excellent. If he did not, the difference came out of his fee.

They couldn t design a what s it in a brewery!! I hope it gets reported somewhere newswise!!

What is the difference between the lot that built this and a pint of beer - the beer has a head.

I just had a sneaking suspicion that it would not work, hence my series of pictures. Perhaps I should have said, it was blindingly obvious what would happen.

I do hope that the head honcho on this job gets the proper remuneration for the undoubted stress these pictures will doubtless cause him/her... I mean, can you imagine trying to get your next golf swing correct with this sort of public mockery aimed at you? It just isn t fair...

What is being done abour the subsidense to the right of the bridge? I can remember as a child 9 or 10 years old wading up one tunnel then returning down the other. We drove eels and trout into a pea net, marvelled at our catch then let them go. I am sure both tunnels were level then.
