Do you remember the green cross code man? Well it wouldn't matter if you looked left, right or straight ahead. This is appalling parking by even the lowest standards.

Connaughts are working under contract to the Penwith Housing Association, and so could have applied for a special parking permit, What on Pavements?? OK I would like to see that...??!!What do you think? your comments are welcome, but the highway code states a pavement is for pedistrian use only and the PHA have no right to issue permits to park on the pavements !!
I've just spotted this photograph and I had to comment. Their parking skills are as good as their workmanship too! I won't rant, but let's just say they did £3,000 of damage to my appliances and didn't cough up a penny! The shoddy workmanship was also unbelievable!
