just come across this pic in randoms photo's...brought back alot of memories for me, miss the residents... see some of them whilst in town, but above all I miss the challenge of "what am I cooking today?" as always fresh vegetables/meat/fruit etc used and had a certain time prepare/cook & deliver to the decorated laid table,good times x
