Opie the Chemist

Nr 38 Market Place, the premises of Opie's the Chemist. My Uncle Wilfred Pascoe worked there as a youngster, and so I have inherited a photograph from him of the staff standing at the shop front. The date appears to be in the 1950s. I remember that the shop front remained in use as Rediffusion - I spent many an hour in there discussing electronic organs and amplifiers I had designed.
