I can remember a time when the grass opposite was a sand pile as the granny flats were being built, and there were no trees, and no cars; the road stopped at the top of the hill. The lane is looking very sorry - it used to be a tree lined tunnel.
I really like this picture, Poppy! It shows Lower Peverell Road, doesn t it? I have a picture i took looking in the opposite direction. It gives another nice view. I ll look it out and upload it.
