Other than the fact that this is the water department for the Penzance Borough council. and that the picture was taken in 1956... we don't know who's in the picture. Can you help?
back row,right,certainly Barry Rice. I recall him out on the roads with a loud-hailer warning people that the water supply is about to be shut-off. The office and stores was in buildings on the former site of old Camberwell Street
