Heamoor County Primary School in the past had a large weather vane on the top of a ventilation tower on top of the roof. The field had Elm trees on two sides and at the rear of the houses that make Hea Corner there was an area of land used by the school for gardening lessons. Late 1940s to early...

I remember this round a bout very well. Looking across you can just about make out the top of the old school.

Can anyone help with this photograph? We think it was taken around the 1930s but do not know who any of the children are or which school it is. If anyone recognises anyone here we would be grateful if you could let us know.
