Getting 'out of it'

As I've mentioned before, I'm not overly religious and technically, this is not about 'God and drugs', but had this come through in an email and it follows the same theme. How much of the science is true, I don't know, but I did find it interesting. With things like this, you can pull holes in it, put it down to coincidence, evolution, etc - but what fascinates me is there is always the slim possibility (however remote) it was deliberate. It falls into my passion for ancient knowledge and wisdom - now lost.

See what you think ...

According to the Word of God, God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... All before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners...

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
(a note from me here - why do chestnuts and cauliflowers look so much like the human brain?)

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Avocados, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods. Modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them.

Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.

Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

And there you go - make your own mind up :)

Glad you thought so, HH. As I said, it can all be put down to coincidence, natural evolution etc - plus we 'see' what we want to see, such as the Loch Ness monster, the face of Christ in a crisp and so on - it's the way our eyes and brains put 'order' into the world.

As I mentioned as a note in the text I posted, why does a (sweet) chestnut look so much like the human brain? If anyone has an answer or theory, I'd be well interested in hearing what it is. Or if you think it's all rubbish, I'm equally interested on hearing why you think that too.

That is an interesting post. It would be fantastic if we could prove we were actually given clues by a higher power. As you say the theory could be pulled apart in many ways, but it does make sense in modern times, when we have the ability through modern methods to analyse the properties of the food, to think about it. For myself I would have to say that trial and error by previous generations has resulted in what we now know is fit to eat without endangering our health. There are still many things in nature that are poisonous to humans in some form, but seem to be ok for animals or birds to eat. It makes sense to think that early men/women would have (in some cases) died from poisoning after perhaps watching a bird eat some berries, and thinking they were safe for consumption. There are many variables to consider which can never be proved or disproved, but the real question (yet to be answered and agreed upon) is where did we come from ??
I have put a link below to a list of poisonous plants, Food and Others, which still today we should be aware of>>

Why do some people (and some animals) actively take drugs - is it a genetic thing as in some scientists believe some individuals are more prone to becoming alcoholics - their desire for it is part of their genetic make up?
I think it's very important to differentiate between the substances we consume for their effects on the basis of the effects they have. 'Drug' is a very loaded word and what they do (or do not do) for us varies greatly from substance to substance.

It is clear to me that we have some kind of symbiotic relationship with tryptamines. They are not just something we take to "get out of it" - our awareness is rooted in the same stuff that they are; it exists because they do, and they exist because it does. This isn't conjecture - a brief look at the chemistry of the human brain, in particular the pineal gland and its function, would convince anyone.

Everything in the universe is inter-connected, and "it" is trying to "work itself out". This is all leading somewhere, and raised awareness is the key to unlocking the doors that mark the path.

... And love is the answer.
