This attitude is flooding the councils everywhere. The public have a right of repair in a timely fashion. I'm also thinking that if the path was maintained correctly, perhaps the expense wouldn't be so high.

So who's contacted the local rag about this yet?
I found a good day to contact them was a Wednesday as they have just completed the weeks stories and they have been sent to print. Lets hope they run a story on it along with other neglected repairs in town
