I don't know if my link is allowed, but I'm feeding off the word "high" and as we're talking John Denver I'd like to add "high calypso"
I loved his music, and he is sadly missed. One of the few singers who actually made you hear what he was singing.
So High Calypso.

Taking up calypso ... Where better than Jean Michele Jarre with the stunning and colourful Album Waiting for Cousteau, Calypso (in three parts), and the eponymous dreamy underworld of Waiting for Cousteau.
