I had no idea they did that overnight .. is it different colours, at all? Just had that answered by the designers, who I met this evening, fascinating - the building reacts to air pressure and to people .... I took a few pictures myself - more to come, as I can see some good possibilities there ... Thanks for bringing this to me attention ...
I knew that this was lit up at night....but interested with what you may find out about this...from the picture that you have uploaded.I for one did not know that this changes colour...only seen blue....this one in fact...
This is the one that Harvey69 uploaded and started me off ... if I had not have seen this and headed down there, I would not have met the designers. I need to go down there again and try it out the way in which they told me; plenty of photographic opportunities there, especially when the scaffolding is down later on.....
There are all kinds of colours and shades, depending on the combination of colours from the lights in the base of the frame, and that depends on air pressure and movement. It was all purple at one point, all blue and all pink at another; trying to capture each mood and tone is going to be fun.
