I regret this is so poor, but it is a photograph of a miniature.
UBM when it was first completed (and Beachfield Court). UBM became Harveys of Hayle, and later the Jewson Lot was sold. A Geoffrey Drewitt design; engineers were Slades of Hayle. The date escapes me, perhaps 1978. Venn Brothers were contractors (offices in the 'Restaurant' of the old Winter Gardens).
