St Mary's C of E School - 2

I believe this was the Boy's side; my father and his brother Peter studied here, and my aunt Mavis studied in the other half. See notes on picture Nr1
I've been told this was the junior girls' side. The other side was for mixed infants. Junior boys then went to St Paul's.

I should have said, did this cover for boys up to and during the 1930s/40s ? My father never mentioned St Paul's, or uncle Peter did, for that matter. He was always talking about St Mary's, when mentioning school days. :)

I went there in the 30's that end of the school was the girls section, the headmistress was a Miss Buckinham on her retirement a Miss Girling took over..mixed infants at the other end some boys went to St Paul's and others went to Lescudjack I believe it depended on what part if town you lived.......
